Enjoy this healthy recipe which creates about 6 servings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Three (3) 16oz cans of great northern beans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two (2) tablespoons of olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1) white onion, chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two (2) tablespoons of minced garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Four (4) cups of chicken stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1+) pound of chicken breast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1) cup of salsa verde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two (2) teaspoons of ground cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1) teaspoon of dried oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1) teaspoon of coriander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One-half (1\/2) teaspoon of white pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One to Two (1-2) pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1) 16oz can of corn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two (2) limes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coat the bottom of the Slow Cooker with the olive oil.&nbsp; First place the chicken breasts and all ingredients expect the can of corn and limes.&nbsp; Add additional salt to your preference.&nbsp; Cook on low for 8 hours.&nbsp; One half hour before serving, remove and shred the chicken breasts, next stir in corn and juice from two (2) limes.&nbsp; Serve with additional lime wedges and\/or sliced avocado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sto Lat!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This easy slow cooker chili recipe is a family favorite that you can set and forget until dinner.
